Craig McKinlay was extremely helpful when I had a burst pipe in my laundry room on a recent Saturday night. He took my call promptly, arrived at my home ASAP that evening, and proceeded to fix my problem efficiently and professionally. Ottawa, get yourself a plumber like Craig. He has shown up at my place early on a Sunday morning and even Boxing Day (!) to solve plumbing problems. Great communication prior to arrival, awesome problem solving and explanation of the issue, and then walking through what the options are for fixing it.
He does big and small stuff - sump pump issues, bleed cap replacement for a hose bib, toilet re-positioned, and snaked a line that likely crossed over the street.
Happy to have him back at any point!
